How long will my appointment take?
Appointment lengths vary by service — consultations typically take 15–30 minutes; full color or transformation services vary from 90–240 minutes. We'll provide an estimate when you book.
What should I do to prepare for my appointment and aftercare?
Arrive with hair clean unless instructed otherwise, bring reference photos, and follow our tailored aftercare advice which we provide after each service to preserve color and health.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
We ask for 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may incur a fee depending on the reservation size.
